
The flowering shrubs (both with and without variegated leaves) have been planted beneath the pine trees. They will be seen at their best in the low winter sun when they sprout bright red berries.

The shrubs still have a lot of growing to do. In five years time it will start to look like something. That is the joy of gardening. Whatever you do it will never look the same again.
