The Pirates' guests often leave momentos of their visit, which are always much appreciated. This time, Huib Fens wrote a poem in our honour while his colleague Nico contributed a delightful drawing. Many thanks to both of them!

The poem is about a terrible storm that assails the house filling the poet with fear. But when mother night takes him in her arms he does fall asleep to wake up in the morning to sunshine and quiet and a robin hopping from branch to branch on the tree.
